My wife and I were going back and forth on installing vinyl or James hardie on our single family house in Worcester. Had multiple companies come out and quote us on both. Igor came out and gave us a quote on the spot using his iPad. Quote was very reasonable compared to the 3/4 other quotes we got, our deciding factor was he had so many 5 star review quotes, and couldn’t find anything that anyone said negatively about the quality of work. So we hired Igor and company to come out, install James hardie. Had a few questions about the installation process, Igor called up a James hardie rep and they even came out, and had excellent things to say about the installation.

Igor and his team are wonderful to work with! We had our siding, roof and exterior doors replaced. I had received several estimates for what we needed done and no one except Igor, took the time to go over options and pricing. We had insulated Dutchlap installed. It came out beautiful! I would highly recommend Igor and his team. They did an awesome job! Thank you, Igor!

I can’t say enough about Igor Construction. I found them recommended through our neighborhood Facebook page and after a few diff. Estimates I went with them. Igor replaced our old aluminum siding on the house and garage with new 8” siding as my preference. We had wood rot and ran across some structural issues however Igor and his highly skilled team easily addressed them. True carpenters as well. Igor was prompt via call or text whenever I had a question. The workers were detail oriented. They also worked very hard and took only a few scheduled breaks. Very efficient. Our neighbor who is a retired contractor was watching them during the process and had nothing but praise. I chose to keep and just paint my old shutters as you’ll see in the pictures.

I highly recommend Igor’s Construction. Igor showed up on time and helped us figure out the best plan to address our rotten cedar boards. He presented us with two great options; vinyl siding or James Hardie fiber cement. We chose to go with vinyl siding.
We met with a handful of local contractors and not only did Igor make the best impression because he was so knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything to us, and offered the best product at the best price.
We had a particular look in mind and because we went with non-standard colors for the trim he was able to help us complete our vision by working with his vendors so everything matched perfectly.
The team that showed up to install the new siding was absolutely wonderful. They were so respectful of our property, made sure to tidy up at the end of each day and even opened doors for me when I had to run out with all 3 kids in a hurry. They were meticulous and they took a lot of pride in their work. The end result came out better than we imagined.
During the project Igor had excellent communication. We ended up deciding to replace a rotten door leading into our basement. He presented us with an estimate, fixed the door in addition to the siding and kept us in the loop with any other small issues/decisions that needed to be made. The job was also started and completed within the promised timeframe.
Thanks for making our unsightly home now one of the prettiest in our neighborhood!
