We had a very good experience with our new roof installed by Kidd-Luukko. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very good to work with from start to finish. The crew that came to do the install was well organized and cleaned up so well it was as though they had never even been there. The new roof looks great, too!

Kidd Luukko was a great contractor to work with. They gave a good price and made helpful recommendations regarding which roof system and accessories would work with my vision and most importantly, my budget. Once we had agreed to the final scope and price, they moved very quickly and communicated well leading up to the work.
The day before the work a dumpster and the roofing materials were delivered and placed out of the way of my parking area. They rolled in the next day and had the whole roof ripped off in a matter of two hours. Our roof is steep and fairly high up. I was pleased to see everyone on the roof tied off appropriately and the foreman reviewed everything with me before the reinstallation making sure everything was going to look as we had planned.
The crew was not only fast but they were very careful and protected the sides of the house and the ground from debris and nails. They finished in one day and cleaned up thoroughly so the only way anyone would have known they were there was the beautiful new improved roof on my house.
I would recommend them to anyone if you need a roof replacement or you are putting a roof on your brand new house. Five stars is easy on this one!

I have had multiple good experiences working with Kidd Luukko. Working with Franco the PM has been great and a pleasure as he is responsive, friendly, honest and experienced. When the work day arrives, all the materials are here ready to go and the team arrives early, is friendly and from my experience and knowledge takes good care to ensure the work is done correctly and to a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone here.

From the introduction, contract, and product selection, through the installation, and even a repair years later (no fault of theirs), this is a company in it for the long haul. Their workers know what they are doing, are courteous, hardworking and clearly professionals. I have leveraged him for my own house after he managed several contracts exceptionally. He is highly detailed in his proposals and ensures the execution doesn’t stray from the plan.
