The crew doing the install went right to work, but they were also super friendly. The cleanup was excellent and the follow up afterwards - to finish an installation of shades in our skylights was also excellent - 5 stars all around!

On Top Roofing gave me an excellent price for my job. They showed up at 7AM sharp and worked for almost 12 hours until the job was complete. The foreman (Matt) was always there and addressed all of my questions and concerns. They were always respectful of my property and covered all hedges, my freshly painted bulkhead AND my new deck. In addition they moved all outdoor furniture away from the house. When they were done, everything was back as it was when they started. The cleanup left the area immaculate. In addition, Alise in the office was extremely communicative and updated me on all changes agreed to and maintained constant contact.
I highly recommend On Top Roofing!.

I reached out to On Top Roofing, because they did an excellent job on the roof of a triple decker in Worcester that my dad used to own. We had a complex job after a previous contractor's poor workmanship led to a major leak, which led to extensive water damage and lots of mold.
Tim worked well with me in explaining my options, helped me to troubleshoot other roof related issues, and come up with a good solution. The job was extra complicated in that the roof install needed to coordinate with the install of the siding and the windows. Tim was able to work with me and the siding/ window contractor, to make sure that the project was done in the correct order to ensure no further leaks.
Despite the complicated nature of this particular project. Tim and his crew were able to get the job done in a timely manner and maintain good communication throughout. I just went outside and walked the easily accessible rubber roof that was done almost a year ago and it still is looking great, with no obvious issues.
Well done, Tim and On Top Roofing. Thank you!
Note this job (whole new roof, with half of it being a rubber rood, due to gentle slope) was done in August and September of 2023.

Working with Tim, Matt and the rest of the staff at On Top Roofing was great from beginning to end of the project. The office took care of any all paperwork needed and on site the project manager was professional and kept me informed of what was going on and if there was anything additional for work that was needed to be completed and explained everything from beginning to completion.

The price was good and included multiple items. There was no added cost once the job was done. The crew was great and professional. Also had them do gutters.The job was done when promised. Will recommend
