Nick was my salesperson and was a very agreeable person. Had the upgrade on roof shingles, ridge vent and plywood replaced. The crew were polite and completed the job in a day, including replacing the plywood. The next day, it became obvious the upgrade ridge vent had issues. The call was made and within a short period of time they came back and corrected. It was also note to Nick that one of the replaced plywood had caused a ripple in the shingles. This issue was looked at by the roofing crew leads. He saw the issue but the problem was never correct.
A year later, several shingle on this piece of plywood are lifting.
So to sum up the situation, Good Saleman, Great Crew and poor
quality control.

Tip Top Roofing was great from start to finish on my job. My sales rep Ken arrived on time for our appointment (other companies were late or no shows). Provided a fair quote and walked me through the different options they offer, he didn’t try to force me to the best option they offer, but I decided to go for it for the extended warranty and minimal price increase. As I have an upcoming solar install, I also needed them to commit to installing the room before the end of August which they promised and did!
The roof itself only took a day, with their hardworking crew, and the clean up was fantastic, I haven’t found any nails or anything in the couple of weeks since they finished. I had one very minor issue with how the J-channel on my trim was reinstalled which they sent a crew over to take care of within a couple of days.
Overall, after trying to find a roofer for a few weeks I was comfortable with, I’m happy I waited to find TipTop and that I went with them.

Never seen a harder working crew in my life. They stripped the old roof, fixed a bunch of old rot, and had a never roof up in the same day. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Totally reasonable and professional experience and I am so grateful I went with them! Thank you John and Crew!

I had my roof done in late February the roofing people were friendly they were there in the morning and done in the afternoon. I cannot say anything bad regarding this group. I would absolutely recommend Tip Top roofing as A 1 from setting up and clean up impeccable. Need a roof go with the best Tip Top Roofing. THE BEST. Karen Quist

We had 3 different companies give us quotes and we liked everything Tip Top had to offer.
From John our sales representative and his presentation we never ever considered the others.
They are a local owned company and it’s always great to give them the business.
The roof was done in one day and we are so thrilled with checking this off our list!
